Los interesados en rendir examinación o evaluación de competencia solicitarán su inscripción por escrito a la Gobernación Marítima local.
El cierre de inscripción será una semana antes de la fecha programada, remitiendo una solicitud con los siguientes antecedentes:
- Nombres y apellidos.
- R.U.N.
- N° telefónico.
- Correo electrónico.
- Título, Matrícula o Licencia a la cual postula.
- Institución de la cual proviene (Para egresados de cursos de formación).
- Indicar si repite una determinada Evaluación o examinación.
